Whether your repairs are minor,
major or an emergency, they demand a rapid response. The PRM Call
Center provides your company with 24-hour / 7 day-a-week access to immediate
assistance for any of your properties, at any time of the day or night.
The PRM Call Center will take
your call, assign a work order, dispatch the appropriate technician and
follow through until the repair is complete. Our support staff will
then complete the work order with details regarding the
repair,
including materials used and time spent.
In emergency situations, PRM will
coordinate all services necessary to secure your property and repair the
damage. We will also provide collateral assistance such as coordinating
insurance estimates, providing temporary space, furniture and equipment
moving, and telephone/data coordination.
